Plivo, Inc. (“Plivo”) uses certain subprocessors to assist it in providing to its customers the Application Services as described in the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Use available at https://www.plivo.com/legal/tos/ or such other location as the Terms of Use may be posted from time to time (as applicable, the “Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Plivo who agrees to receive personal data from Plivo intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Plivo customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Plivo; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Plivo and the sub-processor.

Plivo maintains an up-to-date list of the names, purpose and locations of all sub-processors.

Sub-processors involved in processing of Customer Data

For "Customer Data," this means any Personal Data other than Visitor Data that is collected to manage your Plivo & PlivoCX account, support your service usage, charge for services, and includes any content within the service, such as text messages or call details.

Sub-processors involved in processing of Visitor Data

“Visitor data” is all the personal data we collect from you when you visit our website and when you sign up for communications from Plivo & PlivoCX.
