Simplified Onboarding for DLT-Registered Messaging in India

This release enhances the messaging experience for our users sending DLT-registered traffic in India. This update simplifies onboarding for India-focused users by eliminating the need for template whitelisting. Now, users can immediately start sending messages once they have their DLT registration details. For more information, please refer to our API documentation.
