Messaging API Update - Flexible Message Expiry Setting

An enhancement to the Send Message API now lets you set a custom expiry interval for SMS messages.
When customers send messages through Plivo, each message spends a short time in Plivo’s messaging queue before we forward it to a carrier. Typically this time is on the order of seconds, but it might be longer, typically due to messaging rate limits or an outage. Currently, all messages expire after three hours spent in the Plivo messaging queue. Some applications, however, such as one-time passwords used for two-factor authentication, demand faster expiry times. You now can set an expiry time to anywhere from 5 to 10,799 seconds by passing an expiry_time parameter to the Send Message API.
