Enhanced 2FA Security for Plivo Accounts

This update introduces mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) at login, bolstering account security for all our customers. Existing customers with accounts older than 15 days are now required to enable 2FA if they haven't done so already, while new customers will be prompted to do so upon reaching the 15-day mark.

Dual OTP verification ensures heightened security, with one OTP sent to the registered phone number and another to the registered email address. Additionally, users have three attempts daily for successful OTP verification.
