# Tray.io

> Automate SMS, MMS, and voice workflows with Plivo and Tray.io

[Tray.io](https://tray.io/) is a one-click application integration platform that lets users connect applications to create complex workflows. It [supports Plivo](https://tray.io/documentation/connectors/service/plivo/), so you can create workflows that trigger Plivo to send an SMS or MMS message or make a voice call and speak text.

To start using Plivo with Tray.io, you need a [Tray.io account](https://tray.io/lp/get/get-started) — sign up for a free trial — and a voice- or SMS-enabled Plivo phone number. You can purchase numbers from the [Phone Numbers](https://cx.plivo.com/phone-numbers) page of the Plivo console, or by using the [PhoneNumber API](/docs/numbers).
