The API team
The Campaign Registry (TCR) and operators have updated their policies regarding 10DLC campaigns and now require some additional information at the time of registration. This is an industry-wide change that affects all 10DLC providers and brands. The new fields are:
Message Flow: Describes how customers opt into a campaign
Opt-Out Message: The response to the “STOP” keyword
Help Message: The response to the “HELP” keyword
In addition, TCR is changing guidelines around campaign description and sample message fields, which now require a minimum of 40 and 20 characters respectively. The new fields are already available in our SDKs and on the console.
